Blue Cheese Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and sliced
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 beef flank steak about a pound or more
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese to sprinkle (more if you like)

Preparation
Step 1
In a large resealable plastic bag combine the first six ingredients. Add the steak; seal bag adn turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight turning occasionally.
Drain and discard marinade before cooking. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill, covered, over medium-hot heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. (for medium-rare 145; medium 160 and well-done 170. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing across the grain. Place slices on a serving platter and sprinkle with Blue Cheese. Serve.
