  • 1 32oz pkg frozen potato hashbrowns (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or marg
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 8oz pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 16oz carton sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or marg



Step 1

Mix together thawed hash browns and 1/2 cup butter. Add salt and pepper, undiluted soup, cheese, sour cream and onion. Pour into a greased 9x13 dish. Mix together corn flakes and 1/2 cup butter. Put on top potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
