Ingredients
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 lb frozen edamame, defrosted and patted dry
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 piece gingeroot, grated
- 1/4 About 1/4 c ponzu or tamari sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2-3 tbsp sriracha
- 1 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds or toasted sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
In a wok, heat oil over high heat. Add the edemame and sear to brown at the edges. Add garlic and ginger. Add ponzu/tamari, honey, sriracha, sesame seeds and oil. Toss to combine and serve hot as a side dish or starter.
