Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni (4 c cooked)
- 1/3 cup grated cheddar
- 1/3 cup grated swiss
- 1/3 cup grated jack
- 1/3 cup grated colby
- 1/3 cup muenster
- 1/3 cup gouda
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 T butter, cut into pieces
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook macaroni till al dente. Drain and place in a large bowl. While pasta is hot, add all the cheeses.
In a separate bowl, using a whisk, combine the sour cream, butter, eggs, salt and pepper and milk to macaroni mixture. Spray casserole dish w/ non-stick spray and pour into baking dish. Bake 30-45 min or until golden brown. Top with more cheese if desired.
