- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil (1 to 2)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to Taste

Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. 2. In a medium bowl, toss the potatoes with the vegetable oil and the spices until they are completely coated. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside. Serve warm.
