  • FLUFFY PANCAKES
  • 3/4 cup milk 1/2 tsp baking baking soda
  • 2 tbs white vinegar 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour 1 egg
  • 2 tbs sugar 2 tbs butter, melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder cooking spray

Combine milk with vinegar In the bowl you would use for mixing your batter and set aside for 5 minutes to "sour".

Combine the dry ingredients in another bowl.

Whisk egg and melted butter into "soured" milk.

Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.

Cook on griddle. They are thicker than usual so I cooked them on a little lower temperature so they would be sure to be done in the middle, not too much longer. You know how to make good pancakes. I used a 1/4 cup measure cup to pour my batter on the griddle.
