Ingredients

  • 2 C. chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1 (10 oz) can fat-free cream of chicken soup, undeliuted
  • 1 (10 oz) can fat-free cream of mushroom soup, undeliuted
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomato and green chilies
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 (6 inch) corn tortillas
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • Bag of Tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together soups, diced tomato, chili and garlic powder.

Tear tortillas into 1 inch pieces, cover the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Top with 1/3 chicken mixture and 1/3 cheese. Repeat layers until mixture is gone.

Top casserole with crumbled tortilla chips and rest of cheddar cheese.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 min. or until bubbly.
