Ingredients
- 5-6 lb Pork shoulder
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tea dried oregano
- 2 packets Sazon Goya
- 1 TBs Goya Adobo
- 1 TBs Olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix garlic, adobo, sazon, olive oil and oregano.
Cut deep slits in pork
Rub mixture into pork slits then all over the pork
Let sit a few days in fridge
Bake @350 for 6 hrs.
