Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs haddock fillets
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp grated onion
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together cheese, soup, milk, onion and pepper. Pour over fillets and sprinkle with paprika or additional grated cheese. Bake in shallow dish at 400 for 25 mins.
