- 3 egg whites only, at room temp
- 4 Tbs granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Step 1
Beat egg whites in a medium bowl with an electric mixer at high speed until soft peaks form. Add in lemon juice & whisk in granulated sugar in a slow, steady 1 Tbs at a time. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
