Honey Garlic Boneless Chops

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless pork chops (6 4 oz portions)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper

Step 1
1. In a medium bowl stir together ketchup, honey, soy sauce and garlic.
2. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray.
3. Place the chops on broiler tray. Lightly season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
4. Brush each chop with the sauce to coat.
5. Place oven rack two notches down from the top.
6. Place chops in the oven. Broil about 5 minutes, baste. Broil another 5 minutes; turn chop over, baste.
7. Keep turning and basting until chops are cooked. Mine took about 20 minutes each side. They were thick, may not take as long for a thinner chop.
Remember to liberally baste often during cooking. This sauce would be great on chicken also.
