Ingredients

½ cup Butter softened
2/3 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
1 cup Flour
½ tsp Baking soda
1 cup Flaked coconut
6 oz White chocolate chunk chips
Powered sugar

Details

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat over to 350
2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy
3. Combine flour and baking soda; beat into butter mix
4. Stir in coconut and white chocolate
5. Drop by the tsp onto a greased cookie sheet
6. Bake about 7 minutes
7. Sprinkle with powered sugar once cooled.
