Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 4 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. bresh basil

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil and add Chicken salt and pepper. Cook until almost done. Remove chicken. Add lemon juice, garlic and zest. Stir but do not burn. Add chicken broth and a pinch of the basil. Boil until reduced, about 8 minutes. Add chicken back to pan and basil. Finish cooking until chicken no longer pink inside.
