Ingredients

• 4 Tbsp all purpose flour
• 4 Tbsp white granulated sugar
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 an egg
• 3 Tbsp peanut butter
• 3 Tbsp milk
• 3 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients into an over-sized coffee mug. Mix well with a fork or spoon until smooth. Microwave on high for 1 minute, 50 seconds.
