- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon strawberry preserves or jam
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup finely chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (about 4-5 graham crackers)
- Pretzel sticks

Step 1
1. Mix together cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and strawberry preserves. Beat in powdered sugar until
smooth. Blend in chopped strawberries until well incorporated. Cover and chill cream cheese
mixture until firm, at least 4 hours.
2. Pour crushed graham crackers in a bowl. Use a mini cookie scoop or spoon to roll cream cheese
into tablespoon-sized balls. Dip and roll each cheese ball in graham cracker crumbs until well
coated. Refrigerate until firm, 4 hours to overnight. Just before serving, skewer each cheese ball
with a pretzel stick. Serve chilled.
3. TIPS, TRICKS, & VARIATIONS: If you would like to roll the cheese balls in mini chocolate chips
instead of graham cracker crumbs, you will probably need 1 1/2 to 2 cups of mini chips.
