Ingredients
- 1 Pound Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Large Onion, ; chopped
- 1/2 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Barbecue Sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's)
- 6 Ounces Root Beer
- 1 Can Navy Beans (15-ounce) ; rinsed and drained
- 1 Can Pinto Beans (15-ounce) ; rinsed and drained
- 1 Can Pork and Beans (15-ounce) ; undrained
- 1/2 Pound Pulled Pork Bbq
- 1/4 Cup Pork Drippings
- 1/4 Cup Molasses
- 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Texasbbq Rub

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook bacon in a Dutch oven until crisp; drain and crumble.
2. Cook onion in bacon drippings to soften. Stir in bacon and all remaining ingredients. Spoon into a 2 -quart baking dish. Chill for 8 hours or overnight, if desired.
3. Bake bean mixture at 350 degrees for 1 hour, stirring once.
