Ingredients
- Honey-Lime Yogurt Dip:
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp liquid honey
- Pinch salt
- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tsp grated lime zest
- 4 tsp lime juice

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey and salt. Thread pineapple wedges onto eight soaked wooden skewers. Place skewers on greased grill over medium heat, brushing with lime mixture and turning occasionally until pineapple is grill-marked, about 5 minutes. Remove to platter; sprinkle with mint.
Honey-Lime Yogurt Dip:
In bowl, stir together all ingredients (can be made ahead up to 2 days). Serve with pineapple skewers.
