Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 Tbl Bourbon
- 1/2 pkg frozen puff pastry slightly thawed
- 13 oz brie
- walnut sauce ice cream topping
- caramel ice cream topping

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Stir first 3 ingredients.
Place puff pastry on lightly floured surface, roll out fold lines and spread pecan mixture in 5" circle in middle of pastry. Place brie on top of mixture, wrap puff pastry around brie - pinch tightly to seal
flip over - smooth side up. Place on pam sprayed aluminum foil lined baking sheet.
Bake 25 minutes
Cool 10 min - very important!
Sauce to go over - in small sauce pan add entire jar of walnut sauce (its a small jar) and 1/2 of the caramel sauce - heat up and then pour over brie and serve with triscuits or bagget slices.
