Ingredients
- 1 medium avocado, Hass, cut in chunks
- 1 cup(s) cilantro, fresh, leaves
- 1/2 cup(s) English cucumber(s), peeled, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) uncooked scallion(s), coarsely chopped
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
