Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package lite cream cheese, softened slightly in microwave
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, or enough to to make cheese soft and slightly sweet
- Mrs. Richardson's butterscotch caramel ice cream topping
- Toffee bits
- Apples
- Lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bottom of a plate
2. Pour enough caramel topping to cover with a thin layer
3. Sprinkle with toffee bits
4. Arrange sliced apples dipped in lemon juice around plate
5. Enjoy
