- 12 ounces water, 80F
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/4 cups medium ry flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons caraway seed, optional
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- or
- 2 teaspoons bread machine/fast rise yeast

Step 1
* Add liquid ingredients and butter to pan
* Add all dry ingredients, excpet yeast and salt
* Tap pan to settle dry ingredients, the level ingredients
* Add salt to one corner
* Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients: add yeast
* Lock pan
