Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 1 small garlic clove, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 head Savoy cabbage, thinly sliced (about 5 cups)
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 large carrot, cut into thin strips
- 2 green onions,m thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Step 1
Make dressing: combine vinegar, soy sauce, peanut butter, ginger, garlic, and honey in blender and process until smooth.
Combine cabbage, bell pepper, carrot, green onions and cilantro in large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat.
