- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 6 tablespoons honey
- Table salt and ground black pepper
- Chive and Black Pepper Dipping Sauce:
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Belgian-Style Dipping Sauce:
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
