Ingredients

  • Brush top with (optional):
  • 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 4 tbsp. cold butter
  • 1 c. grated and diced sharp cheese
  • 3/4 c. cold whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Step 1

Combine Bisquick and butter thoroughly. There should be pea sized chunks of butter in it when finished. Add cheese, milk and garlic. Do not overmix. Drop in 9 equal portions on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400˚F for 15-17 minutes. The biscuits should be light brown. After taking out of the oven brush the tops with the melted butter and garlic
