Ingredients

two cups cooked chicken chopped
two boxes stuffing mix
one can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup of sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare stuffing and spread halt on bottom of 2-qt shallow baking dish. Place chicken on top. Mix together last three ingredients. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Bake at 350' F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining dressing. Sprinkle parmesan cheese to taste. Bake for 15 minutes longer. Makes 4 portions.
