Holiday Cheese Ball


This appetizer can be frozen for up to a month... great for upcoming holiday parties.

  • 2 8oz cream cheese-softened
  • 1 8oz can crushed pineapple - well drained
  • 1 C chopped pecans
  • 1/4 C diced green pepper
  • 2 T chopped onion
  • 1 T seasoning salt
  • parsley or additional nuts


Preparation time 30mins
Cooking time 30mins


Step 1

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese till smooth. Stir in crushed pineapple, 1 C pecans, green pepper, onion & salt. Shape cheese mixture into a ball. Roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap or foil. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Garnish with parsley, fruit or nuts. (I prefer nuts)..
