Ingredients
- 6 oz. Digestive Biscuits or graham wafers
- 3 oz. melted butter
- sprinkle of sugar
- ..
- 1/4 pint whipping cream
- 6 oz condensed milk
- Juice and zest of 2 lemons

Step 1
Make the crumb base and put in a spring form pan (9 or 10").
Whip together the cream, milk, lemon juice and rind and pour over mixture into crumb base.
Freeze.
