Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. dry skim milk
- 1 1/4 c. warm water

Preparation
Step 1
Put the first 6 items in the bread maker and set it on #8 - Quick Bread setting (shows as 1:30 hours). At 1:20 hrs. add the first 1/2 c flour, at 1:18 hrs. put the 2nd 1/2 c. flour and at 1:15 hrs. pour in the 1/4 melted but.
WHEN THE MACHINE STOPS BEATING AT 1:09 hrs., take out the paddle and cover the dough with plastic wrap. Set in a draft free place. Allow batter to rise for 1 hour until double the builk.
Spray 2 round pans with Pam.
Punch down the dough - it will be soft and sticky. Drop by hand into round pans - 6 gobs of dough in each pan. They should just be touching. Brush with 1/8 c. melted butter.
Let rise til double in bulk - approximately 30 minutes. Put in preheated 400˚ F oven and bake on middle rack 16 - 18 minutes.
Brush with remaining 1/8 c. melted butter and serve immediately.
