cup chicken broth
tab. French's Dijon mustard
cup cream cheese spread, softened
tab. each, herbs, such as parsley, basil, or chives
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
tab. minced garlic
MIX: broth, mustard, cream cheese, & herbs til well blended. set aside. COOK: chicken in hot oil til browned on both sides (15 min.) STIR: mustard mix. and garlic in skillet. SIMMER: over medium heat (3-5 minutes) til sauce thickens slightly & flavors are blended. THIS RECIPE CAN ALSO BE BAKED.
