Ingredients
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.4-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 medium)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed wirh an electric beater until blended. Pour into a greased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 15 minutes; remove from pan, and cool completely on wire rack.
