Ingredients

1 # NY Sharp Cheddar
1 C mayo
1 bottle chili sauce
1 medium onion
juice of one lemon (at least)
salt & pepper - 1/4 t each.. appx

Step 1

Grind cheese and onion together (Tip: buy a bag of shredded cheddar). Blend all ingredients together w/ mixer. Serve w/ corn chips, crackers or tortillas.
