Ingredients
- Stuffing:
- 1 chicken
- fat (optional)
- 3 apples
- 1 ½ cup of 15% cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Make the stuffing by mixing all ingredients.
2. Season the interior of the chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
3. Stuff the chicken and add 1 tablespoon of melted butter and cognac.
4. Close.
5. In a cocotte, color the chicken, and cover the bottom of the pan with apples.
