  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. shortening, oil, or melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.

Slowly add the shortening, oil, or butter into the dry mix; try to evenly disperse it. Mix well.

Store in an air tight container in a dry place for up to four moths. Use as much as you would Bisquick.
