Ingredients

• 1 Cup Corn Meal
• 1 Cup All Purpose FLour
• 2 Tbsp Green Onions, finely sliced
• 2 tsp Kosher Salt
• 1 pinch Cayenne
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 Cup Buttermilk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients and mix together thoroughly. Form into balls and fry in 360 degree oil as described above for the Catfish
