Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/2 c. peanut butter
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1-1/2 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/4 t. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter and peanut butter until well blended. Add sugars and blend. Add egg. Mix in dry ingredients. Shape into balls (I use my cookie scoop), flatten and make crisscross pattern with a fork. Bake 325°F for 12 minutes.
