- 2 sticks butter softened
- 7 eggs at room temperature
- 3 cups cake flour sifted twice
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Heat oven to 350°.
Butter and flour a bundt and.
Beat butter and sugar until creamy about three minutes.
Add one egg at a time -- mix well in between.
Add one half of the flour.
Add cream.
Add rest of flour and vanilla.
Mix well.
Bake about one hour or until tester comes clean.
Cool 15 minutes in pan and then on rack.
