Ingredients
- 1 head celery
- 1 medium onion
- 2 slices bacon
- 1/2 pint vegetable stock
- 1 oz. butter
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- salt and black pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F. Clean celery, cut into 1" pieces and place in a casserole dish. Finely chop bacon, parsley and onion and sprinkle over celery, seasoning to taste. Pour the stock over. Dot with knobs of
butter. Cover dish and bake for 30-45 minutes.
