Ingredients

1/4 cup Brown Sugar
10 Tbsp White Sugar
1/4 cup Margarine
4 oz Whip
1/2 cup Cocoa

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the margarine in a medium saucepan.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil, and then lower the flame and cook for an additional five minutes.
Serve warm over ice cream.
