Ingredients
- Filling:
- 3 cups rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3 oz pkg of strawberry jello
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup margarine or butter

Preparation
Step 1
Filling: Mix cornstarch, sugar, and water. Add to rhubarb and vanilla. Cook until thick and then add the jello.
Crust: Cut butter innto oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, and soda. Pat 3/4 mix into a 9 x 13 pan. Put filling over crust and add remmaining mix for a topping. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
