- 6 cubed steaks
- 2 teaspoons of steak seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet , pour oil about a half of inch deep.
Heat the oil to 360 degrees.
Line a jelly roll pan with paper towels and place a rack in the pan.
Sprinkle steaks with steak seasoning and garlic powder.
Dredge steaks in flour mixture , shaking off the excess.
Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Fry steaks 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Drain on prepared pan.
Keep steaks warm in oven.
Carefully drain hot oil and reserve the brown bits and 1 tablespoon of oil for the gravy.
