Ingredients

  • 2 2 loaves
  • 1 1 1 egg
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1-1/3 1-1/3 3) cups mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
  • 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Sub: 1 box chocolate pudding, mix with the flour and sugar.
Make Ahead

Bread can be baked ahead of time. Cool, then wrap tightly and freeze up to 1 month.

Serving Suggestion

Toast 1 bread slice, then spread with 1 Tbsp. of your favorite PLANTERS Peanut Butter

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

BEAT egg, dressing and bananas in large bowl with whisk until blended. Mix all remaining ingredients except chocolate in separate bowl. Add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened.

POUR half the batter into medium bowl; stir in chocolate. Spoon batters alternately into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; swirl gently with knife.

BAKE 1 hour to 1 hour 5 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
