Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1-3/4 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1-3/4 cups plain flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, cream buttter, sugar and valnilla. Beat in eggs. In a seperate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda. Blend flour mixture into butter mixture, alternating with sour cream. Pour into greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Bake 1 hour 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and cool completley.
