  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can fruit pie filling
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • Powdered sugar

Step 1

Beat eggs well. Add flour and milk; beat until smooth. In the oven set at 425, heat butter in a 9” pie pan for 2-3 min or until it sizzles. Pour batter over melted butter. Do not stir. Bake at 425 for 20 min. While pannekoeken is baking, warm pie filling. Remove pannekoeken from oven and fill with warmed fruit, then sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
