Ingredients

  • 10-12 jiffy steaks
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 jar dill pickles
  • 3 jars of can mushroom gravy

Preparation

Step 1

1. Dice up bacon and cook approx 1/3 done. Drain
2. Dice onion finely
3. Slice pickles into quarters
4. Place bacon, onion and pickle on steak
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
6. Roll steak up and secure with toothpicks
7. Put in roaster and cover with meat drippings and gravy
8. Bake covered for 3 hours at 300
