Apricot Jello

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg apricot jello (orange)
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. apricot nectar
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • white grapes.

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water.

Add pineapple chunks and white grapes.

Chill till firm.

Topping:

2 T. butter
3 t. flour
2 eggs (beaten)
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. fruit juice (apricot or pineapple)
1 carton cool whip

Cook until thick. Se aside till cold.

Fold in whipped cream and top on jello mixture
