Ingredients
- 1 Oreo Ready-Made Crust
- 1 Tub Light Cool Whip
- 1/2 Carton Light Mint Chip Ice Cream, softened at room temp for about 10 minutes
- 1/3 Cup Light Hershey’s Syrup
- 5-10 Drops Green Food Coloring
- Optional: Mini Chocolate Chips, Cool Whip/Whip Cream for Garnishing

Preparation
Step 1
1. Break up Pre-Made Oreo Crust and pour cookie crumbs into a pie pan coated with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Press cookie crumbs down with hands to form a ‘new crust’ in pie pan.
3. Pour Hershey’s Syrup evenly over crust.
4. Spread fudge evenly over crust with a spatula to form a layer of fudge over the cookie crust. Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes, while you are preparing the ice cream layer.
5. Mix together the softened ice cream and the entire tub of Cool Whip.
6. Mix until ice cream and Cool Whip are well combined.
7. Add food coloring a few drops at a time, mixing until desired color is reached.
8. Pour ice cream over fudge layer, smoothing evenly with a spatula.
9. Garnish as desired!
10. Place pie in freezer for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. ENJOY!
