Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 Tb light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 egg whites
- 2 1/2 tsp amaretto

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan cook water, sugar, corn syrup, cream of tartar & salt until sugar dissolves& forms a syrup over max. Heat.
In a bowl whip egg whites & liquere until whites begin to hold shape. Continue beating and add syrup slowly in fine stream. Whip 5-7 min.until glossy & holds stiff peaks. Frost cake or cupcakes immediately.
