Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) softened butter
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, baking powder, & salt in med bowl.
Cream butter & sugar in lg bowl add vanillas& almond extract & beat 1-4 min. Add eggs & yolks 1 at a time beating after each. Add flour alternating w/ milk beat after each addition. Pour into cupcake tins & bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 min. Frost w/ Fluffy Amaretto Frosting.
