Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts (cut into 1/2 sizes)
- 1 t. chili powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 2 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. (8 oz) elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 2 c. chopped mixed red & green peppers
- 1 med onion (chopped)
- 1/2 lb (*oz) velveeta cheese (cubed)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken & seasonings in large nonstick skillet on med hgh & heat for 5 to 7 min or until chicken is cooked through, stirring constantly.
Stir in water and bring to boil.
Stir in macaroni and cover.
Add peppers and onions.
Add chicken mixture to macaroni mixture.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for additional 5 min.
Add velveeta cheese.
Cook until melted stirring frequently.
