Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a medium mixing bowl, combine crumbs, pecans, sugar and melted butter. Reserve 1/3 cup crumbs. Press remaining mixture into 9x13 pan. Bake 6 minutes. Remove and cool on rack. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle brand milk. Add eggs. Beat just until combined. Stir in lemon juice. Carefully spoon mixture on top of crust in pan. Spoon reserved crumb mixture on top of cheese mixture. Bake about 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Cut into bars.
